Marketers typically run 20+ campaigns every month, often doubling during seasonal spikes. But the real problem wasn’t volume. It was visibility.

In the existing experience campaigns lived across:

  • WhatsApp

Each worked well in isolation, but together they created an unpredictable customer experience. Users had no clear sense of what communication a customer would actually receive over time.
